WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We have recently moved our office from Bellevue to Kirkland.   Our address is 610 Market Street, Suite 200, Kirkland, Washington, 98033. Contact us to schedule an appointment.

WHAT HOURS ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We make special arrangements by appointment for evening and weekend consultations.

HOW DO YOU BILL?

We bill based on the staff hours and time needed to complete the job. Our staff hourly rates differ based on years of experience and the type of work involved. Some services may be billed at a flat rate under special arrangements. We typically bill monthly. Please contact us if you have any billing questions or if you would like an estimate for services.

IF I AM AUDITED, HOW CAN YOU HELP?

We have many years of experience in dealing with state and federal taxing agencies. If you become aware of an audit, please contact us. Each audit is unique to a particular client. Most audits will require us to obtain a power of attorney from you for us to represent you. We may be able to handle the entire audit by writing a letter to the agency, and other audits may require phone calls, meetings and supplying the agency with evidential matter, such as receipts and original documentation.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY TAX RETURN?

At the beginning of each year we will send you a Tax Organizer along with our year-end letter reminding you of what is needed, as well as an update on some of the latest tax law changes. The Tax Organizer, in most cases, will have data on it from the prior year to assist you in preparing your information for the current year. You will be well prepared after filling out the questionnaire in the Tax Organizer and providing us with your important tax documents that you received, such as W-2s, 1099s, 1098s,
K-1s, etc. For businesses on QuickBooks, it is helpful for you to send us an Accountant’s Copy of your QuickBooks file. If not on QuickBooks, we will need a balance sheet, income statement and other supporting schedules. Always feel free to contact us if you have a question related to items we may need to accurately prepare your tax return.
